My life started 7 years ago when I joined a network marketing business – at the age of 60!
My only regret is not having been presented with the opportunity a few years before, not because I felt it was too late, but because I could have removed myself from the 9-5 rate race many years ago.
Little did I know that Network Marketing would give me so much more than an income, but a community of women and men full of ideas and community spirit, urging and praising their colleagues to do well! No jealousy or envy or tall poppy syndrome here! And the opportunity to work with an organisation whose ethics are those of mine, as well as the opportunity to promote the most beautiful products and to be a product of those products.
Network Marketing has given me the opportunity to learn and grow, something I never could (or wanted to do) in the corporate world. I have learned social media, affiliate marketing, Pinterest, SEO, how to create a blog, how to build a free resource through WordPress, how to set up automated emailsl
I now help people with their skin care routine, to educate them on a healthy lifestyle, and to give them the confidence to know that nothing is too late to start – to do, be and have!
Going forward a few years, I found myself with an autoimmune disease which hasn’t been nice, BUT I am in a position where I can work at my own pace. I did not have to quit a 9-5 and wonder what the heck I was going to do next!
